Conservative masculinity vs liberal femininity - Can a man really have a choice?

I have been thinking through one of the most difficult questions regarding men in a modern world. This question is about commonly accepted features of men and the situation of those men who doesn't go with those features. I'm talking about conservative masculinity versus liberal femininity. We haven't got far from the life where men had to be tough by all means. They had to do the hard work. They had to carry their burden and maybe even their families burdens too. They had to defend their land and rights. They had to hunt. They had to be powerful. But times have changed. We live in a liberal democratic western culture where the principle is that every individual should be allowed to be themselves, express themselves as they wish and have a right to make decision regarding their gender and other things regarding their identity. We have gone far towards the better and happier world. But there is still much to do. One really important thing is to cherish the decided goals...

Review: Rubberdoll catsuit with cups for breast implants / Simon O. Latex

Men dressing up as female rubberdolls has always been a bizarre thing inside a bizarre world. By this I mean that even if someone tries to understand a fetishist dressing up in latex outfits it may be really hard to give understanding to a man who wishes to dress up not only in latex but to transform into feminine rubberdoll creature. But after all it isn't as big deal as many people think. In this picture the catsuit is seen from the upper part without corset or additions. The seams of breast pouch designs can be seen quite well. In the picture there are implants in the pouches so there are no fillings in the catsuit itself - Implants must be bought separately from somewhere. For me it was a huge mental step to order my first rubberdoll styled catsuit as I have suffered a lot because of my fetishism in my life. But finally I ended up with a thought that if someone wishes to transform and create a look, would it be feminine or masculine or even animals, and it won't hurt anyon...

Is feminine man accepted and explained only if he is a homosexual or a drag queen?

While we are making a world in the modern western culture where we all should be able to be ourselves, express ourselves as we wish and gain happiness through it I still see very much of things which crumble this picture of a free world and happiness of everyone. One thing that is long way from finising is accepting diversity. One specific thing is feminine men. In my opinion feminine men are more sensitive, delicate, empathic, social, talkative and reacting than the role models of men from the history. They may also overreact easier and be more dramatic. They may show more emotions and cry sometimes. They may wish more attention regarding themselves. Feminine men may take more care about their looks than masculine men. These and other possible feminine attributes may be just small factors but they can also be very dominant. While men can have some amount of feminine attributes which are regarded normal and unnoticed some of feminine features, in some amount and at certain men, may ...

Being Asuka Langley Soryu in latex costume

I have noticed that most interesting thing in my photos and in my blog has been my Asuka Langley Soryu costume (by Andromeda Latex). Because I have felt that some people would like to see me doing only Asuka cosplay and posing in pictures with the costume I decided to write something about the costume. I also tell why I don't do only Asuka cosplay and why I do it quite rarely. I noticed that there hasn't been very much photos of the suit on my blog after my old review so I decided to put some photos here from the past years. I hope it covers some demand of seeing more about the suit as well as telling a bit more about experiences with it. I have cosplayed Asuka very rarely. It's not that I wouldn't like to do it but there are many reasons which I tell later on this article. General thoughts and some history of my Asuka costume Being Asuka feels fun. Well, I'm not a performer or actor so "being" sounds a bit too much. Let's just say that I love the look...

Books: Korsetti (Annamari Marttinen)

Few months ago I read a book named "Korsetti" by Annamari Marttinen (in english "Corset)". It's a book telling a fictional, but very credible, story about a man who grows with a strong need to be a transvestite. Now that I saw an article about this book in a newspaper I remembered it again. It would be a shame not to write about the book to here too! The book starts telling the story about a young man who gets into situation where he tries on some female clothing. This situation isn't very private or deep as the character experiences it with his girlfriend. The situation is more of a joke than something serious. The girlfriend keeps the whole situation laughable but at the same time the main character starts to feel something different. Something more deep and serious. Actually if we think about it, throughout the history it has been kept very much as a joke if a man dresses into clothes which are made for the women in the first place. Still we can see t...
