Fetish models give you a distorted picture

When you explore the world of fetishism on Internet you can't avoid those millions of pictures of fetish models. Like on every business and social media channel nowadays there are almost always pictures of dreamy foxy girls promoting themselves and their fabulous clothes or other products. It may be stunning to see such a pictures but I remind you that there are lots of things behind the picture you can't see. There are a lot of fetish models performing in the pictures. They are almost always women and some of the pictures are very seductive. Fetish models aren't the best option to introduce fetishism to vanilla people or even for those who are searching themselves as fetishists. Fetish models are always showing a perfect fetish fantasy life on their channels, Internet forums and websites. It seems like they would live it fully every day. It seems like they always have their hair done, full makeup and stunning new clothes. It seems like they have a perf

Latex clothing - what is it?

I doubt that most of the people would recognize latex clothing. Usually people talk about latex every time when they see any clothing that is black and has some kind of shine. Even most of the entertainment media make big headlines about some celebrity wearing latex pants though she has worn only regular leggings. Well, here's my little introduction about latex clothing for dummies  =) Latex is rubber. So we talk about rubber clothing. Latex clothes are made of latex only if we don't count possible fasteners or zippers. There's no other fabrics unless they are glued onto latex for decorations. Latex clothes are made of thin latex sheeting, usually around 0,25mm or 0,33mm or 0,4mm thickness. The thickness depends from clothing itself, for example how much durability or flexibility are needed. Also the user chooses what thickness his/her clothing should be.   Latex can be manufactured by moulding when it's seamless. But it's more common to create la

Comparing different shiny clothes and fabrics

There are many different clothes and fabrics that can be someones fetish. Most common ones can be the ones you see around in everyday life. Most women can admire mens suits. Most men can admire tight leggings. These of course can be fetishes too if they make the one wearing them to feel superior, sexy and confident or the one watching them to feel excitement, attraction and seductiveness. On this short article I take a look onto clothes and fabrics that are quite common fetishes in kinky scene but not common in everyday life. Latex, Rubber On the picture is a latex top that hasn't been shined. As we can see the whole garment is made of latex rubber only. Here's another picture of the top. As we can see the inner side doesn't have any traditional fabric attached so it's still latex rubber that is going against the skin. Using latex garments may share opinions as everyone don't like to dress pure latex against the skin.   Latex fabr

Your child may be a fetishist

Most of us don't care about something until it concerns our own life. Most of us don't even want to try and understand diversity until we crave for understanding and approval ourselves. So what would you do if you would find out that you are a fetishist yourself? How about if your child shows signs that he / she would react to something like a fetishist? What would you do if your child would be unsure about him- / herself and wouldn't know what to do?   I intentionally say your child "may be" a fetishist, not "may become". Fetish doesn't always just come from somewhere or be a nice idea. It may be that someone grows up with a fetish that turns out sooner or later. Very often the one with a possible fetish doesn't know about his / her fetish even him- / herself. The fetish side may be indirect or sleeping side that the one doesn't recognize in a long time. Maybe it starts to awaken with random triggers in everyday life. Maybe it comes cl

Review: Latex blue camo mercenary outfit / Latex by Tiina Rikala

Some years ago I had an idea to plan an outfit that would have a garment made in camouflaged style. As a result I had a blue latex outfit in a soldier or mercenary style. The outfit consists of blue shirt with shoulder boards, blue camouflage-patterned trousers, loose belt pockets and a beret. Other accessories I have bought from other shops. My costume was designed and planned totally by a tailor Latex by Tiina Rikala that operates in Finland. (Photographer: thome) In the beginning I had an idea to have a blue camouflage uniform. I thought about having not only trousers but a jacket too. When I discussed the idea with Tiina she suggested that there could be a one colored shirt instead the camouflaged jacket. At first I was suspicious but as we can see the result was much better this way. My other ideas were to make the shirt look army style. I wished to have a name tag, shoulder boards and a national flag on the shirt. I also presented few ideas like a bere

Books: Fetish sex - An erotic guide for couples (Violet Blue)

I found this book on one of the Internet stores while I was searching for books that could tell something about fetishism. Most of the books that was recommended after pressing search button were just some fantasy novels including fetishes or BDSM as spices of the stories. Fortunately there could be found few books with proper information in a friendly way of telling. This book was one of them. "Fetish sex - An erotic guide for couples" is a way better book than I first expected. It includes a wide collection of fetishes and it tells shortly about every of them. Some main themes are introduced more comprehensively. The book doesn't joke about fetishism but it's not too serious either. The reader can read lenient and gentle text that doesn't push him or her to make opinions. The book simply introduces different fetishes and tells the reader why the fetishes can be so important to some people. Here are some highlights of the contents : - What is a fe
